For the first four months in 2002, the U.S. government held alleged terrorist suspects in an outdoor razor wired prison dubbed "Camp Xray" in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. One former interrogator described it to me as a collection of "dog kennels." It is now empty and overgrown. Believing it may have value as potential evidence, a federal court has forbidden its demolition.
